I stumbled upon real estate and its potential early in my college life. I saw how profitable it could be for the property owners, especially for those owning premium and well-maintained buildings-the demand was always more than the supply. I knew then that I wanted to own properties. My husband also shared the same passion, having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs and investors.
From the early years of our marriage my husband and I bought and rented homes around the country as investments. We learned through plenty of hard work and trial and error. 16 years later, we still firmly believe that real estate is a great way to build a passive income, allowing our money to work for us. We have been blessed by real estate and we are sharing the lessons with anyone who would listen.
